ARKO CHEMICAL was founded in 1986, and we have adopted the high-tech
technique for water treatment since the very beginning. We have set
up the industrial cleaner department since 1993 to meet the regulations
by Montreal Protocol, in order not to corrode ozone atmosphere because
of using CFC products.ARKO CHEMICAL invests lot of money and efforts to
research the technology of the industrial cleaners,especially in the
electronic and hardware industrial fields cleaners.
After many years research, ARKO CHEMICAL has released many new products
for all kinds of hydrocarbon compound and water based industrial cleaners,
which were very successfully launched into the domestic market.
ARKO CHEMICAL has become the only one supplier who can offer series of
industrial cleaners in Taiwan market. At the same time ARKO CHEMICAL
expands its products to high-tech industrial cleaners and water treatment.
We pour a lot of efforts into R&D Department for research, developing and
products improvement.

Factory and Delivery
Our main factory is in Taichung, which has complete production lines.
Those production lines are very flexible and efficient to match different
specifications that are requested from customers. We have instituted MRP
production flow management systems to control all of the production
processes. All of orders from customers can be processed in very short time.
ARKO CHEMICAL opened another factory at Xaimen in 1998. It is our major
production and delivery center in China to serve China marketplace.
In 1999, we set up Dong Guan office at Guang Dong to serve our key account
customers in China. Except above offices, ARKO CHEMICAL has the other two
branch offices in Taiwan. They are located at Taipei and Tainan to serve

Products and Growth Revenue
Besides the self-developed products, ARKO CHEMICAL also imports some
industrial cleaners, chemicals for water treatment and equipment from
international suppliers with good brand. Our market share is growing
from domestic-Taiwan to China, Hong Kong and other Asia countries.
We have confidence with our professional knowledge and technology.
We plan to promote our own products to the other territories, which
we have not developed.
To grow up steadily is our management strategy. We have boosted
organizational efficiency and greater flexibility in the management

The R&D Department is a driving force behind corporate growth.
ARKO CHEMICAL always pays unusual attention on education and training.
We also invest a lot of money to buy high-tech equipment for R&D
Department to research.
Mission of R&D
We only have one earth to live; every resident has responsibility to
protect our own environment. ARKO CHEMICAL focuses on developing the
industry cleaners of low volatile organic and water based to reduce
pollution. Environmental protection is the mission of our R&D Department.
We already released a series of those kind products to our customers.
In the further, we will continuously release more new products.
Technical Support
Our R&D department is not only developing the new products but also
providing technical support to our customers. To visit our customer is
our engineers' routine job. They give our customer products training and
update product knowledge as what they do for our sales training.
Industry Cleaner Development
Our talented R&D team fully grasps our customers' demands and pours
their efforts into research and improvement of production technology.
We successfully released a full line of industrial cleaners, which
includes hydrocarbon solution type, emulsion type, water based type and
non-solvent type. Those products are very popular in Asian marketplace

Quality Assurance
In order to pursuit excellence in the attainment of high quality,
ARKO CHEMICAL has carried out 5S improvement since October 1998 to
strive towards ISO certificate. The ISO 9001 is our short-term goal
and ISO 14000 is our long-term goal.
From 1995 on, we reformed our management system and organization.
For execution Total Quality Management, every Department's operation
have to be under auditing system to control every processing quality.
We start to train every employee until everyone has quality concept.

Management Information System
ARKO CHEMICAL has started computerization since 1986. We keep updating
software and hardware of our MIS to let every Department operate more
efficiently. Our MIS includes the Internet, Intranet and office automation
system. The MIS integrates all Departments more efficient to satisfy our

factory in China, we have expanded the scale of our enterprise greatly.
